My Story
A Different Kind of Consultant
I created Turner Process Mapping in 2025 after a long and honest look at the consulting industry — and deciding I wanted to be its opposite.
During my time working for a larger consultancy, I saw practices that bothered me deeply. Clients were regularly upsold on new products they didn't actually need. When it came time to do the work, it was handed off to the least experienced — and least expensive — person on the team. Solutions were over-complicated. Things fell through the cracks. I watched clients lose time, money, and trust.
Every time a ball gets dropped, trust erodes. Clients start wondering if they've made the wrong decision. I acknowledge that mistakes are part of the building process — but the way you communicate around those mistakes, and how quickly you provide a remedy, is what determines whether a relationship moves forward or falls apart.
I wanted to build something different. A firm where accountability wasn't just a talking point — where, if something goes wrong, it's on me, I own it, and I fix it. All work performed at Turner Process Mapping is completed by me. That's not a limitation. That's the point.

Before Salesforce, I spent nearly 15 years as a Physical Therapist. That career honed my ability to listen deeply — because in PT, the minute details matter. The subtle things a patient mentions, the hesitations, the context behind the pain — those details change everything. I'm privileged to apply that same listening skill to my Salesforce consulting practice. When you talk, I pay attention to all of it.
